my weight loss plan?

ok well im not overweight i just have a lil extra on my tummy. i want 2 get rid or it because im becoming self concience of it! ok what i want to do is flattin my tummy and not build muscle there! is it true sit ups and crunches just build muscle?

ok any way my plan right now is power walking for about 15-20 min
and do a 25 min ab workout.
but im having a hard time with the food, im young so everywhere i go for gathering there is junk food! i just need some insintive and a food plan! is my workout plan good?

C. the plan should have a weight loss goal of 3 to 5 pounds per week.

C- 3-5lbs is too much weight to lose in a week.

Does having an increased metabolism increase weight loss, when not eating food?

Does having an increased metabolism increase weight-loss or just, how many calories you take from food. Tonight I’m done eating, I’ve had my day’s calories, and I’m going to drink a lot of caffeine tonight so my metabolism will speed up. I want to know will I lose more weight simply because my metabolism is faster, even though I’m not eating anything?

nope. and if you get a very slight metabolic advantage by drinking a lot of coffee, it is so very very slight that it will burn off nothing.

a faster metabolic rate does burn calories at a faster rate. muscle is metabolically active tissue. the more muscle mass you have, the faster your metabolism.

What are the best foods to eat for weight loss?

I have read that to lose weight more efficiently, one should eat 5-6 small meals per day instead of 3 big ones. What are the best foods to eat at these small meals to keep me from getting too hungry and promote weight loss?

try to eat a balance diet get all the fruits veggies meats dairy and grains you’re suppose to, try to eat lean meats poultry and fish instead of red meat(for instance i use ground turkey instead of ground beef and turkey bacon instead of pork bacon)or at least get lean beef, avoid fast food[fried], grill or bake foods as much as possible instead of frying, eat whole wheat bread instead of regular

snacks:
nuts(try to avoid too much salt), airpopped popcorn is great if u dont or at least watch how much salt and butter you put on it, fruits, veggies, dry cereal(corn flakes, shredded wheats, cherrios),oatmeal, yogurt(watch the sugary ones)rice cakes, salads….if you really need to cheat get baked chips instead of regular, oatmeal[raisin] cookies instead of oreos and chocolate chip, or look for 100 calorie packs they have like oreo flavored baked wafer snacks which is a pretty fair size and taste with only 100cals in the whole bag

drinks:
alot of people get a good bulk of their daily calories from what they drink so avoid sodas, watch sugary fruit drinks and juices, i recommend you drink at least one cup of tea per day(preferably unsweetened). tea has no calorie(if not sweetened) green tea is better known for its aiding weight lost but if you do not like the taste white tea has a milder taste and snapple has tea bags that are infused with natural fruit flavor(still calorie free) which tastes pretty good, and of course water you pretty much cant go wrong with water very healthy

allow yourself a cheat day every once in a while dont pig out but you can bend your diet a lil(bend not break). your body will eventually adapt to your new eating habits. i’ll tell you from experience once i started really getting in shape for kickboxing i stopped eating junk food and fast food and im at the point where not only do i not crave it any more but actually eating it makes me feel sick

healthy food is expensive becuz its easier to keep artificial and processed foods longer, while healthier foods go bad faster. take trans fat for example worse fat you can eat it has no nutritional value but its used becuz it has a much longer shelf-life(though many people are starting to stop using trans fats). think about what last longer a bag of doritos in the pantry or strawberries in the fridge? what about the urban legend that a twinkie can survive a nuclear blast? junk foods are easier to manufacture and keep therefore costing less

lose a quick 5 pounds? no crash diets, healthy weight loss?

so i want to lose a quick 5 pounds just to look slimmer
im pretty muscular, my legs are pretty much all muscle, my arms, my stomach
i do 300 sit ups, 300 squats and 300 push ups a night
i eat around 1200 calories a day in healthy vegetarian food
i weigh around 108 pounds at 5 foot and i would like to be 102-103, just to be a bit slimmer
could you suggest how many cals i would need to eat to lose this (in any space of time, long as it takes) 5 pounds (im aware of starvation mode etc.)
also could you recommend some different workouts that i could do alone (im bad at team sports !!), like running ? how far, how long, when? what should i eat? im a vegetarian and just turned 16 by the way

that really got me worried im not overweight by bmi but do other people see 108 (mostly in muscle) as overweight for 5 foot!????

Fast Weight Loss Plan For Me?

Ok here the stuff i cant go to a gym or go out and buy all these healthy food. i live in a place where it is very HARD to walk or jog outside what is a good food plan for me and some excersizes i really need help il do anything best answer 10 points

I think all you need is a guide or plan to start you off and there are thouhsands online, but i found 3 that i think really work so check them out and tell me what you think
