I'm sick of eating fast food all the time and would like to start eating healthier. I'm not overweight or anything I recently quit smoking and am trying be healthier all around. BTW I'm a 22 year old Male if that makes a difference. I'm aware of the food pyramid and everything but I just thought it would be nice if there was something that had some good ideas on what to make or a schedule of some sort to follow. Any ideas would be helpful

    Well, I just eat chicken all the time. Im 16 though and live with my parents, but my mom does the greatest stuff with chicken breasts. She marinates them in a salad dressing (Good Seasons Garlic and Herb) and my dad grills them, and it is AMAZING! Great hot and cold. Its the best and everyone loves it. Its quick and easy too. Its a staple in our home. And we just steam some green beans and cook some rice with it. Great meal.
    Its really easy to eat healthy stuff. Just drink a ton of water. Cut out sodas (you can have them sometimes, just not 4 every day). Good job on the not smoking! Go to the store and just buy healthier stuff. Fruits, veggies, chicken, turkey.
