I need a workout and eating weight loss plan! help?

When i was young a was skinny as a stick! Then of course when I hit 13 I filled out but was still the perfect weight,in the past 3 years I have gained some bad weight.I need a workout and food plan to lose 20 pounds,if I lose that much I will be the perfect weight.
I need wensday and friday to be my eat whatever I want days because i work and have to eat lunch there.So I need a very specific work out schedule and a specific meal plan.
how much should I eat a day and how many times?
what workouts should i do and how much?
I have kind of weak willpower so this is gonna be hard LOL

Would this weight loss plan work forever?

I plan on…

-limiting my intake of meats to special holidays

-drinking waters (flavored, mineral, etc) , herbal teas(brew green tea, regular tea for iced tea, etc), and normal coffee instead of lattes and mochas…

-avoiding fried foods, including fries

-Doing an hour long workout four days a week that consist of stretching, weight lifting, and getting my cardio up.

Will this help me to lose 50 pounds by May and keep them off forever?

Any more tips?

Limiting meat is good, and instead of having a steak or something, go for a grilled chicken instead.

Flavoured waters & mineral waters have as much sugar in them as coke does.

You need to exercise everyday also.

In your opinion, what is the most effective diet or weight loss plan and why?

Don’t just say simple diet and exercise. I need details, like what kinds of foods and what kinds of exercises. Thank you.

I have lost a total of 120 pounds so far.
I lost 105 pounds in my first 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I eat according fatloss4idiots diet plan.
3. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

need a fast weight loss plan?

I weigh 313 lbs I am 32 and 5ft 6 inches and female. I have been overweight since a child and gained and lost my whole life. I am at the highest I have ever been and even have back pain from a degenerated disk. Can someone tell me what kind of food plan and excersize plan to follow to lose as much as possible by the end of November. I am flying to oz then and want to lose as much as possible before going. I have tryed both low carb and low calorie. I want to excersize too and am scared I weigh to much to even excersize but I need to do something fast. Ideas please

I graduated high school at 240 pounds and at 5 foot 3 that made me about as round as I was tall. I was one of those overweight teenagers who ate anything and everything without any regard to the effects it was having on my own body. Therefore, I began the diet pills, which did not work; I ate the special diet foods and even began drinking diet beverages. None of this stuff worked for me, just as it does not work for millions of overweight people. Eating less did not work and I was not one to work out or even get up and do anything remotely related to exercise. I knew I would look silly and it would hurt. I never thought or really cared about the health effects this would have on me, back then.

A year ago after a successful weight loss plan, now at 120 pounds, it is a major difference. I’ve lost 30 pounds in the first month. The most significant change in my life is the amount of energy I now have and the way my clothes fit loosely. Everyone close to me and people I haven’t seen in a while are amazed and tell me that I look really good. This is a life changing experience for me although at first I was skeptical about the weight loss plan.

Weight Loss Plan?

I’m trying to lose weight. I need to lose about 30 lbs. My plan is to eat a normal breakfast, lunch, dinner each day, but not eat a bite after 6:00 because I’ve heard that after 6 the food turns to fat quicker. I then plan to ride a bicycle for 20 minutes for 5 days a week. Is this a decent way to lose weight? Comment please.

I’ve lost 15 lbs in a week and 3 inches of my waist line without workout. The weight management plan for is to substitute 2 of your regular meals with healthy and completely nutritious shake. I never feel hungry nor craving for food till my next meal or shake.

Morning: 50 sit-ups
Afternoon: 15-20 mins of running; run up down stairs 10 times; 50 situps
Night: 50 sit-ups

I don’t really like to eat breakfast, but if I do it is usually cereal.

I lost 105 pounds in 1 year….and still counting.

I started out by eating a high fiber breakfast, now I eat 2 eggs and 1 toast with coffee, or Mal-O-Meal with coffee.
Drink 3 liters of water every day and eat big salads; I mean really big, filled with any lettuce you like or cabbage, carrots, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, tofu, chicken breast, tuna ETC.

I had a treadmill and the dvd KickBox BootCamp. I would walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes and do 30 minutes of the dvd M-F. Now I jog 3 days of the week and use Day 1 of the 30 Day Shred.
I used to eat candy on the weekends, but now I count my calories so that I eat less than 1,200 calories everyday…and that includes a cookie or Kit Kat Bar.

Help me come up with a weight-loss plan for working out please? (10 points to Best Answer)?

Hey:

Okay, so I’m 14 and my sister is 12 and we both want to start working out; not just for weight loss, because honestly we’re pretty thin as we are and she’s even more slim than me. But either way, we wanna do it for the lungs and the heart; not to mention how powerful you feel post-working out. I wanna be in my mid 40’s and look back on this and look as if I’m in my early 30’s like Jennifer Aniston.
Anyway, we’re starting to do Pilates 2 times a week and the other 3 weekdays, we’re gonna work out at the gym for 45 minutes and then jog for another 45 minutes and then bike for another half hour. I want to work out 6 days a week, 2 hours a day.

Then, on Saturday, I might take up some yoga occasionally and I’m going to take a dancing class or just swim or do something to stay active. I’m thinking about either taking Sunday off or making it optional rather than mandatory. I want to be strict with my food, too; I want to eat 5 small meals a day and lots of veggies, fruits and drink tons of water. First, I guess I’m gonna start off as a thing that I feel I must do but I hoping the purpose of it will change through time and eventually, I will gradually feel it’s more of a habit and take it seriously and as importantly as brushing your teeth or heck even taking a shower! Bottom line, I wanna cut down carbs, not exceed my strict-policy, no-exception limit to 1,200 calories a day (if possible, less) and I’m gonna do lots of cardio, aerobics and weights.

Easy things like excluding some whip cream on my coffee, not adding a topping to my ice cream, eating protein without rice, and other things like that.

I think the process is worth it and overall, I appreciate everyone’s concern and stuff…thanks for those of you who cared enough to answer =]

First of all, DON’T GIVE UP CARBS…you’ree too young b/c you’re still developing and carbs help your body do just that. Instead replace bad carbs(most white products like white bread and rice and pasta) and replace it with whole grains and whole wheat. Those are good carbs that help your body function; the white carbs tend to be stored as fat. Also drink 2% or skim milk and dairy products. If you can find a food chart online, follow it b/c if you don’t need to lose weight then you really should be eating at least 1800 calories…technically 2000 but not everyone can stomach that much. A food pyrmid will make sure you’re eating the right amount of foods so that you can have the best potiental for development(in all areas; brain, eyes, teeth, even reproductively…the amount you eat deals with all of that).
You have a really good workout routine already. Like you seem to have everything already planned out perfectly so I don’t exactly understand what you need help on but I only suggest that you do take a day off b/c as you workout you”re putting your body under a lot of stress and you need at least a day for it to heal. When at the gym, the ellipitical is great and so is the bike and steps. Try a few things out and see what you like the most(You can probably also get someone to help you out a little with exactly a plan) Remember to stretch before and after all your workouts!

What’s the most effective food plan for weight loss? NOT exercise?

Hello

What’s the best food plan for sustained weight loss. Something that will help me lose weight constantly until I reach my goal weight, but without doing exercise. I weigh 150lbs and would like to be about 125 - 130lbs

And no, I don’t say NO EXERCISE because I’m lazy. I’ve run/jogged 1 hour a day during some periods this year. Which is great, except that it makes you want to eat more. So, you never lose any weight!!!

So, I’d like to focus on something that concentrates on the menu, rather than the exercise.

I’m vegetarian btw

I tried atkins, and lost 10lbs, but it became rather boring, because I don’t eat meat

the more fiber the better.

Good weight loss plan for overweight teen?

hey im 14, 5′4", i think i weigh about 220. so as you know im very overweight and need&want to lose weight. not only that, but my family suffers from heart disease and other stuff from obesity. i pretty much dont do anything active and my mom is always at work so there cant really be meals so i end up just over eating. and none of the stuff are healthy. i need a weight loss plan that will work and i can be able to lose weight not exactly "fast", but not so slow either. like losing 1-2 pounds every ten days? a bit faster please. i need some changes i can make into my food(white bread to wheat, whole milk to lowfat milk, etc.). and along with a not-so-strict exercising plan. Im doing a little thing, not exactly a diet, but im just watching what im eating over the past few weeks. basically ive been eating things that reuglarly dont have much fat and im eating smaller portions of it. this was my menu for one of these past days:

breakfast:
1 bowl of special K cereal with one hard-boiled egg and a glass of OJ.

lunch(4 hours later):
1 chicken sandwich with one handful of baked lays chips.

snack(1-2 hours later):
2 small cups of 5 calorie jello

dinner(2 hours later):
whole grain pasta, with ceaser salad, followed by 1 cup of low fat frozen yogurt.

1 hour later i walk my dog for about 30 minutes. (remember i dont eat that everyday, that was just one day).

i also take a fish oil pill, if that helps. and i drink 6-7 cups of water throughout the day.i dont drink soda anymore, not even diet soda. i drink juice along with my meals, the rest of the time i drink water. i eat wheat bread now, and lowfat milk, i have the lowfat yogurt once every 3 days. and other small changes like that. im also going to start walking 1 hour per day, and maybe some jumping jacks along with it.

i am feeling less hungrier but i dont feel like im loosing weight. and im probably not. so i would like to know better changes i can make to my "diet" or maybe some other exercising routine i can do.

Hi,
I can understand ur problem, but you need to get urself into some kinda of daily exercising routine along with Strict dietary regime.
Eat as much raw veggys and fruits. Add Melons- muskmelon, watermelon, cucumber to your diet
About exercises - join some kinda dance- salsa, merengue, aerobics
or any sports like tennis, baddy etc
Drink only 100 % juices as they dont have extra sugar added. Also for the time being turn to a vegetarian diet and avoid all non vegetarian foods including eggs
