		<description>I know you do not want to hear this but, most of my friends that have lost wait to quickly usually end up putting the weight back and even a little more. So I would recommend that you excersice at least 4 times a week for 30min to 1 hour and eat according to the food guide.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
