I wanted to drop some pounds b4 homecoming and its coming up very quickly… If for the next eight days i only drink water and consume no food with light walking exercises do you know if i would lose any weight and if so, how much?

you would lose about a pound a day doing that but after 2 days you will feel dizzy and will be weak. Why dont you just try eating small portions of food 3 times a day, 300 calories per meal TOTAL 900 CALORIES.

thats better and healthier than fasting to lose weight.

    only drink water and consume no food? well i guess u wud die. Try to eat natural foods and exercise like crazy. If you get hungry after your workout, stick to apples

    walking is not that best excercise that answer is bullshit. not eating any food for a week would completely destroy your metabolism and you might end up in a hospital. Just go to the gym and eat vegetables.

    Yeah you might lose some weight doing it the way you mentioned, but you also might die ;)

    You can drop weight by then but it won’t make you look any better. It will be mainly water weight and not the amount of fat you are looking for. I would reconsider your plan. Not getting adequate nutrition for a week is going to make you look like hell. So even if you did lose 5 or 10 lbs and you look like you just got over malaria I don’t think thats a good look for homecoming. I would prefer the extra 5 lbs.

    Yes you will lose weight ,plus your hair, your mind will become slow and foggy and you will not have any energy to walk to your homecoming.And if you do get there you will probable collapse and make a fool out of you self.Thy are going to think you are pregnant, and you will be so grouchy and weak, so its better just to stay healthy, lose weight slowly,keep your hair and wear something black .
