I would think about 5 pounds would be great to lose in a week. I know people says it is not good but I think it would be fine if you are not doing it all the time. Only do it for like 2 weeks and don’t do it anymore. Let me know if it works for you if you do it sounds great! Good Luck!

You can safely lose about a pound per week. One pound is 3500 calories, reduce your daily intake by 500 per day and you’ll lose one pound in 7 days. Any more than this and you’re in starvation mode, your metabolism will slow and when you eventually binge, as we all do, you’ll put on far more weight than you lost…and quickly.

Exercise. Remember, you can lose weight either by decreasing your calorie intake or increasing the number of calories you burn. Any health strategy should include both, but if you want to lose weight fast, exercise is essential.
