When i was young a was skinny as a stick! Then of course when I hit 13 I filled out but was still the perfect weight,in the past 3 years I have gained some bad weight.I need a workout and food plan to lose 20 pounds,if I lose that much I will be the perfect weight.
I need wensday and friday to be my eat whatever I want days because i work and have to eat lunch there.So I need a very specific work out schedule and a specific meal plan.
how much should I eat a day and how many times?
what workouts should i do and how much?
I have kind of weak willpower so this is gonna be hard LOL

If u r truly serious about this then u will stick to it. You need to eat alittle many times throughout the day,cut down on soda,and just eat better.as for working out well u should start w/ running at a steady pace like at least 3 times a week, doin crunches and stuff like that
