		<description>I 100 % guarantee you that jogging first thing in the morning will make you lose the most weight.  Also, before a big meal is better than after a big meal.  I&#39;m not completely sure of the reasons, but I have read this idea several times.  I believe it is because your glycogen levels are extremely low first thing in the morning (they were used up in the night) and so your body will burn fat.  Again, this might not be the correct reason, but the idea is still correct.  Good for you for picking it up again.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
