When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

choose from the left hand menu those which apply to you. If you do not have any equipment, choose "no equipment" exercises which target your problem areas. It is all free.

Just a little advice. Don’t think about the things that you don’t want to happen because they are most likely to happen in your life. Think about the things that you do want in life and your perfect weight and eventually you will get your perfect weight. Just think positive. Like you will loose weight eating any food. Go jogging everyday and when you get use to that you feel really good about yourself. Don’t depend on those programs that help people loose weight it’s all in the mind and the power of attraction! Depend on your self. (DWL) Get your lazy butt up and make it happen for yourself. Take care your precious self. Yours truly sis! Good luck!

i totally understand your frustration man, i was there a few month ago too. It’s not like i didn’t know exercising and diet would do the trick, but just some thing more solid, like a plan which tell me exactly when and how to do what. I joined the X-MELT program from BODYATTACK. It;s a 90 days based in home training program, extremely result oriented program. I have seen some fantastic through them. They offer tons of different styles of workouts for you too follow and even give you a custom designed nutrition plan. they offer a free fitness consultation service, so you can talk to them if you want.

You should consult a dietitian. I know of someone in Bangalore who has a very reasonable consulting fee.
