    There are many such sites available on-line. However, some simple logics are all you need. Balance your foods. If you’ve got a heavy breakfast, go for light lunch or dinner. Use smaller plate instead of large ones. This will trick your mind into thinking you’ve had enough. Avoid fried and fatty foods. If you must have them, limit to once a week. Do some exercise to burn those extra calories, if any.

    Well, you don’t really need to go to sites to know what’s good for you or not. Use common sense, read nutrition labels, and eat in moderation. For your plate, about one fourth should be protein, one third should be some type of carbohydrate, and the other half should be vegetables or something like that. Drink a lot of water, not soda… and eat at every meal of the day so you don’t binge later on.
