need afew tips on losing weight fast please. im a bartender and waitress so i work all the time and ive started street dance every thursday. i just need some food ideas.as i suffer with bloating alot too. please :) thanks

    Eat a high fiber breakfast. Eat lean chickens and fishes for lunch and dinner.
    Eat a ton of veggies or salads. Do not drink pop, or high sugar juices (women will put on lbs and lbs of weight striclty from drinking pop. its really easy to gain weight that way) Add more excercise in your day. Walk on your lunch break, run up stairs instead of escalators, take the long way to work or the store.
    drink tons of water, it helps to keep you from bloating with water weight
    Drink green tea. It’s been known to give your metabolism a little boost

    -Body weight x 15 = calories u should eat per day
    -don’t eat protein food and starch food at the same meal, this will slow down ur digestion.
    -drink green tea after every meal ( not 2 much sugar), this will increase ur metabolism
    - eat and drink that have high calcium, burn fat.
    - broccoli, cabbage, milk, yoghurt, soya beans good food for healthy diet, burn fat.
    - if ur sitting around don’t just sit still, fiddle around…
    - lift weights as u walk, sit, stand or watching movies, this will increase ur metabolism permanently
