I don’t find myself as fat, and nobody else does but i want to slim down to look better. I’m already a size small but i want to lose weight on my thighs and my chest. I would really appreciate appropriate answers- please no answers that don’t relate to my question. and please help!

Hi Brad,
Whether you are trying to lose weight or simply maintain your current waistline, being aware of proper meal portions is the key to a healthy body.

    Just don’t eat ANYTHING that has the words fried, battered, or breaded in the title. There isn’t anything beneficial in those kind of things (unless you NEED fats, grease and carbs). Don’t eat anything from a fast food restaurant. Even Subway. Those subs really aren’t as healthy as they make you think. They’re loaded with calories and sodium. If you want a salad then don’t eat it with any sauces or condiments.
    A good long strenuous jog would help you get your thighs slimmed down.

    Eat broccoli and cauliflower, besides being healthy both of these vegetables burn calories when digested. Also, stay away from pasta and rice. Eat potatoes and substitute Low cal Ranch Dressing or lowfat sour cream. Eat as many fresh vegetable dishes as possible. Zucchini and yellow squash, eggplant are great in many dishes. Leave beef and pork out of your diet temporarily and replace with fish and chicken. Avoid beans temporarily, after you reach the weight you would like replace pasta, rice and beef. Eat a balanced diet to maintain the ideal weight.

    I have had problems with weight my entire life. I cannot eat many of the foods most people do, if I eat beans and rice I will knock my metabolism down and immediately put weight on, or if I drink sugary drinks on a regular basis. Good Luck!!
