I’m trying to lose weight. I need to lose about 30 lbs. My plan is to eat a normal breakfast, lunch, dinner each day, but not eat a bite after 6:00 because I’ve heard that after 6 the food turns to fat quicker. I then plan to ride a bicycle for 20 minutes for 5 days a week. Is this a decent way to lose weight? Comment please.
I’ve lost 15 lbs in a week and 3 inches of my waist line without workout. The weight management plan for is to substitute 2 of your regular meals with healthy and completely nutritious shake. I never feel hungry nor craving for food till my next meal or shake.
I like the herbal tea also, as soon as I drink it, I am perspiring. It is true to it’s label that one serving is equivalent to 20 minutes aerobic exercise.

i think its after 7 that you shouldnt eat. that sounds about healthy, maybe do 30 minutes instead of 20 or more if you want. you have to get your heart rate higher before you can lose weight, so 30 minutes or more is better.

NEVER pay attention to those rules where it says after such and such time food turns to fat quicker. the only thing you need to do is exercise at least 3 times a week for an hour, and eat health foods, no junk. and only eat when your hungry, and don’t stop until you feel full or satisfied. HEALTH FOODS! HEALTH FOODS! HEALTH FOODS!
pick out foods low is sodium, high is protein, and keep the calories under 200. make sure there aren’t a lot of calories from fat. pay very close attention to nutrition facts when buying food.

EDIT:eat vitamins, too. they help keep a healthy circulation.

Yes it is. If you don’t want to consult a doctor, you have to read about calories and to learn how many calories you have to eat. That is the most healthy way to control your weight.

You have to ride for at least half an hour.
Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy. Brisk walking is great for burning body fats.
It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.
