Ok, i need a program i can follow to lose as much weight as possible, as fast as possible (in a healthy way) especially around the chest and stomach area…
i need to know the exercises i should do, the foods i should eat, everything… and i dont want link to diet programs and stuff like south beach diet…
plz and thank you

eat healthy
like veggies
and if u have chicken or fish have it grilled
yougurt is a good snack
and drink lots of water
no junk food (candy, chips, etc..)
as for exercises
do situps, crunches, pushups, reverse crunches, jumpin jacks, and running.
make out a plan for how much your going to do each day.

Why not try the magnetic diet program. Go to http://www.magnetic-diet.com and read about the entire program which advocates a regime of exercise diet and yoga.

well you could go to the gym and work out.
or if your still in school go to your gym class daily.
um pretty much just eat healthy, and dont eat anything that has lots of fats or salts.

umm u should try weight watchers or the gym or don’t eat as much you do.

SPORTS! i did lots of sports and i lost alot a weight! it really helped me. i was on 2 basketball teams then i did volleyball right after the season ended. GOOD LUCK! =)
