I am currently on a quest to weight loss..I ate the right amount of calories to lose weight, but I was told that if I don't eat healthy food I wouldn't see results..Sometimes I get subs from subway with veggies, other times I eat burgers, hot dogs and fries at my job..I thought I was doing good with the calorie intake..I guess not…what food do you recommend..

Honestly ,the only healthy subs are subway are the "healthy" ones listed on their napkins. The others like, spicy italian or meatball have over 1000mg of sodium and around 500 or more calories. A LOT! So if you are eating subway, be sure you aren't eating bad sandwiches.

No soda or sugars, no chips, NO fries. Fries are cooked in oil and oils carry nothing but fats and calories. No burgers. These are high calorie foods. Here is a government website that tells you how to eat better and even has simple, yummy recipes at the end. Cook at home.

Weight loss became a permanent drag for me until I used acai berry. I know they say that pills won't work, nevertheless they sure worked for me, and they have been showcased on the Rachael Ray Show too. There is a free trial going on right now at http://donurs.yatardirek.com, try it , why not?

Omit the Hotdogs and Fries. Eat the Burger without cheese, add lettuce and tomato, skip the cheese on the subs, put it on wheat bread, you don't have to give up your favorite foods, just eat them modestly. You may be counting calories but it is the fat content that will kill you.

any food that is processed or fried is not going to help you loose weight. if you are serious about doing it then you need to lay off the oily fatty stuff and sugar and hit the fresh food and vegetables. Burgers, Fast food, etc are very high in saturated fat, carbohydrate and sugar. it is hard to make the transition but it will make a huge difference. Otherwise you could try stepping up the exercise. Or just cutting the amount you eat by half. I'd recommend doing more exercise because it's good for the health of your entire body not just your weight. Good luck.

Green tea really burns calories. Try to stay away from bread as much as possible.

get rid of anything fried, and fatty meats including the hamburgers, hotdogs, and french fries, instead have lean protein and healthy fats from salmon, nuts, lowfat/ fat free dairy (cottage cheese is great) turkey, chicken, fish, seafood, but stay away from red meats, they're high in saturated fats. also negative calorie foods like celery, apples carrots etc, make sure you drink plenty of water and eat lots of fruits and vegtables to fill you up
