Best weight loss diet for a vegetarian?
I’m 5′2" (157cm), and i weigh 150 pounds (68). What is the best way for me to lose about 45 pounds (about 20kgs), being a vegetarian who eats indian food at home everyday??

Although… I’d lay off the fried foods and eat your veggies plain. That’s a start.

eat lots of boiled vegetables like brocoli, aspagarus, these are very good for u. lay off on oily food cuz thats not good, or try to make it less oily. roti is good so i would recommend u roti instead of rice. and with the excercise: running is not the only option, aerobics, yoga, jus simply walking, waking up early( not sleeping in), being constantly active not jus watching tv or surfing the net
