That takes exercise and eating healthy foods. The key is to make sure that you are burning more calories than you are eating. Celery is a good food to try. It’s mostly water and it requires more calories to eat it than it actually contains.

WELL…..then i’ve heard that when you eat celery you actually burn more calories while eating a piece than the peice contains if that makes sense its called a negative calorie food.

Try Apples and Penut Butter - No Joke! - Basically, with that you are consuming your needed dose of carbohydrates, as well as eating fresh fruit!
If you strongly dislike Penut Butter, try eating 5 fresh fruits or vegtables each day. You could also try that Special-K diet thing…
But trust me: DON’T do the Atkins Diet!

Anything that is organic, low in fat and high in fiber will help you lose weight. Also, try eating three small meals along with two or three healthy snacks (fruits or veggies) throughout the day, and make dinner your smallest meal and breakfast or lunch your biggest. This will boost your metabolism.
I find that eating one "bad" thing every week helps prevent binges. I’ll eat a brownie or a cookie or some chips, just to settle cravings and not feel totally deprived. If it’s only once a week, it wont harm your diet and is good for morale.

They’re right., green vegetables. Also, eat a colorful vegetarian meals. We did a low carb diet and I ate a grapefruit and lots of tomatoes a day because they burn fats faster. Grapefruit only can burn 700 calories a day. My husband lose 10 lbs. just in a week. He’s only 110 lbs. I lose 5 lbs in a week since I’m only 80 lbs.

Veggies and fruit are always a healthy choice if you want to loose wieght. But also keep in mind that u also need some exercise in order to loose wieght..I would recommend at least 20-30min of cardio (running, etc…Anything that will keep ur heart rate up for 20-30min) Good luck.

The best way to do so is to eat good organized meals three/four times a day that a dietitian has designed specially for you plus going to the gym.
It’s important to eat lots of vegetables since there’s almost no calories in them and they make your metabolism better so you loose wight even when you rest. Some vegetables such as lettuce actually take more energy from your body to digest it then the calories in it, so you loose some wight when you eat it but nit enough and eating too much isn’t healthy… so it takes a while but with hard work, will power you can be beautiful and skinny,,,

did you know that SMELLING fruits actually helps you loose weight?
yeah… it actually does, but besides that eating them helps too, I suggest you stay away from meats and dairy products, also carbs like spaghetti’s
and try to eat salads and fruits and drink lots of water, Fish is also really good if your on a diet, at small doses about 3 times a day, I personally recommend tuna & corn.

This works for me:
Fruit or a smoothie (with orange juice - not yoghurt) in the morning
If you are hungry again before lunch - more fruit, or maybe carrots.
A whole meal bun with lettuce, onion, boiled potato, half an avocado sprinkled with lemon (juice) - or another "blend" of vegetables - no meat, and no cheese.
Another good option for lunch, is a pasta salad - also only with vegetables.
For dinner, it is a good idea to have a mixed salad, and approx 150 gram of "low fat" meat or seafood. Preferably boiled, or fried without oil, or very very little oil.
Another tip i have (got it from an expert) If you are having a meal with pasta, don’t have meat at the same meal.
Use all the spices, herbs, garlic etc. that you like - just hold back on the salt.
I also often sprinkle my salads with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds or pine kernels - tastes good, and contains the healthy fats.
Always drink a lot of water, and exersice.

if you really want to lose wight and fat then you should remember and do this:
EVERYDAY RUN (WALK) + L-Carnitine + TAKE LESS CALORIES + LIPO-6 = 100% SUCCESS
1) if you dint have then buy scales!!! that is the first thing to do!!
2) run every 2 days for at least ~30 minutes or/and walk every day at least 5 km!
