i eat full meals of breakfast, lunch and dinner… what should i eat in the middle? the more specific the better (include size and brand if possible please).

Melting calories was a piece of cake (LOL) for me when I started utilizing acai berry. I realize they say that pills won’t work, but they definitely worked for me, and they’ve been shown on CNN too. I’m currently training in a professional dance program, in between our meals we usually consume foods high in protein - those ocean spray mini flavored tuna cans, 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese with apple slices, low-fat yogurt (watch the sugar content!), edamame beans, almonds, peanut butter and whole wheat crackers, carrot sticks and hummus are great too!
