I’m of a healthy weight but i want to cut 5 lbs fast. I exercise regularly and eat healthy foods, I’ve even tried hydroxycut, but i cant seem to shed more than a pound or 2 (and hydroxycut tends to upset my stomach). What are you people using?? I’m looking for anything from exercise boosting tips to diet tricks to success stories about other weightloss supplements… anything to turn it up a notch.

Don’t go to diet pills for the answer. What are you doing for exercise? What’s your diet? Drink water… nothing but water. It can help you lose weight quicker along with exercise and a good diet. If you are exercising, increase your workout… if you’re running a mile every day, go for 2. You really should be working out every day for at least 30 minutes. Take a multi-vitamin and some fish oil. Fish oil helps your metabolism a lot. Other than those things, really just stay away from diet pills… they’re a quick fix, but it doesn’t last… you’ll only gain the pounds back later!

    psych_minded, the best way to lose weight is through the combination of good diet and exercise.

    Try to do 30-60minutes of exercise everyday. I prefer exercises like brisk walk and jogging because they can burn calorie effectively.

    For diet, if you want to have fast effect, I will recommend a low cal diet called the Calorie Shifting diet. You can try a 7 days free course below. Pretty sure you can lose 5lbs with it because personally I managed to lose 3lbs during the fre course.

    cut out most of your foods eat soup for lunch and dinner and fruit for breakfast and fruit and vegies for snacks plenty of water try this for a week i lost 7 kilos on this diet but then return to normal eating as you may lose to much weight and you get most of your energy from meat and you need fibre so try some vitamins
