Dear reader,
My name is Emily, i'm 13 years old, i am always depressed and sad, because all i ever worry about is how i look and my weight. I never want to go anywhere or do anything, because of my weight. Like the other day my mom wanted to go to Cuba, but i was all worried and i didn't want to go, because of my weight. I never feel good in a bikini, or just my normal clothes. So i this summer, when school is out, i want to try and lose at least 20 pounds. ( we only have 3 months for the summer)

So i made up a everyday plan:

Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Sunday :

Breakfast- Cheerios+2 fruits
Or, Toast+2 Fruits.

Snack- 1 banana

Lunch- Toasted tomato sandwich or just normal sandwich, or health soup + 2 fruits.

Snack- grapes, or any fruit.

Supper- What ever my mom makes, she always makes good healthy meals.

Ok so thats what i'll eat, but for friday and saturday, i will have 1 meal of junk food. (1 junk meal saturday, 1 on friday)

So do you think i could get thin?
OH and i forgot about the exsersice, but everyday i will go play outside. Something active, like jumping around, running… Than i eat dinner, after dinner i go swimming, and than play around and do active things after swimming. Than from about 2:30 to 4:00 will be like a little break time. Than i will eat supper, and at 6:00 after supper, i will go for a 1 hour walk with my mom. And right before i go to bed, i will do or at least try to do 100 curlups.

just make sure you stick to it and keep motivated, rmmba the weight isn't gonna majically come off in a few days so be patient

and a good fruit to eat it grapefruit because it speed up the fat burning process and tomatos are very good, if you want veggies are better then fruit so it would be good to fit more veggies then fruit and you shouldn't have any junk food butif you have to try and keep it low in fat and high in protein

    hi Emily, your everyday plan looks ok but if u want to lose weight cut the 2 day of junk to 1 day, why im saying this because on weekday u r taking low calorie and healthy meals if u take off on sat and fri u might put on the weight back in this 2 days, and another thing u didnt tell me about your work outs. working out is very important in losing weight as well as eating healthy. i hope u can lose 20 lbs u wanted, good luck

    As for your toasted sandwich, opt for a sandwich on wholegrain bread (grains are good) with some form of meat (turkey is yum) and lettuce, tomato, cucumber etc.
    Your exercise routine sounds great.

    Don't worry about how you look. Everybody is different, and being stick skinny doesn't work for everyone!
    Surround yourself with things that make you feel good. It doesn't have to be clothes. It can be photos, memerabilia, your diary.

    I found a website that has some pretty good reviews on different weight loss programs. I got tired of looking all over the web for different reviews. It’s nice, they have them all in one place. Oh yeah, and they also have some reviews on programs that help you build muscle, too.
