I plan on…
-limiting my intake of meats to special holidays
-drinking waters (flavored, mineral, etc) , herbal teas(brew green tea, regular tea for iced tea, etc), and normal coffee instead of lattes and mochas…
-avoiding fried foods, including fries
-Doing an hour long workout four days a week that consist of stretching, weight lifting, and getting my cardio up.
Will this help me to lose 50 pounds by May and keep them off forever?
Any more tips?

Limiting meat is good, and instead of having a steak or something, go for a grilled chicken instead.
Flavoured waters & mineral waters have as much sugar in them as coke does.
You need to exercise everyday also.

7 months is a lot of time so yea it’ll work. But to guarantee it skip all that coffee and tea crap and just drink water. Not flavored either. The more you sweat then the better water tastes so run more and drink only when you’re thirst. If you want to lift weights then you will need meat. But since you’re a girl maybe not as much.

absolutely..with that you will surely lose weight..u have 7 months to lose them..it’s a very good weight loss plan..just eat less and exercise..e.g if you eat 2000 kcals now eat only 1300-1500 kcals a day..also do weight lifting but with low weight..for example, 5-10lbs..5lbs is better for weight loss..most important is cardio..do a lot of cardio..this is a workout:
monday - cardio(mainly 30-45 min jogging)
tuesday- weigtlifting and stretching
wednesday-rest or cardio if you want
thursday-cardio(mainly 30-45 min jogging)
friday- weightlifting and stretching..
saturday-cardio
sunday-rest
the most inportant is cardio..do about 45 min jogging..a pleasure way to do is put on your nice gymnastic shorts..put on your athletic shoes..take your i-pod or mobile phone with handsfree and listen to your favourite song as you are jogging around a park..do 1 hour of cardio or weightlifting and stretches a day..(at the days of cardio do 30-45 min jogging and the rest do something else)
.. Drink a lot of water..8 big glasses of water a day.but only natural water..not flavoured..they have sugar…Don’t try to avoid fried foods……..Don’t eat them at all..don’t eat a single calorie of fried food..it is very unhealthy..eat a lot of fruits(oranges,apples etc) and veggies..
So eat around 1300-1500 kcals a day..Exercise A LOT..mainly cardio and jogging..and drink lots of water…put on weight it’s easy..but become fit it’s difficult..so try hard and u will succeed..do all the things i told you and you will be fine..
